Follow-up visits for chronic illnesses will vary.

Hormone Replacement Follow-up Visits

For women: When starting on hormone replacement, follow-up visits will be required at 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, and 1 year. Then, follow-up visits will be every 6 months, ongoing.

For men: When starting hormone replacement, follow-up visits will be required at 2 months, 6 months, and 1 year. Then, follow-up visits will be every 6 months, ongoing.

Please note, we do not accept health insurance.

Our goal is by not working with insurance companies, we can offer you greater freedom and individuality in your care. This approach allows us to prioritize what you truly need, rather than what an insurance policy may dictate. We are not given time restrictions for visits, so we can focus on you and what you need. You can check with your insurance company to see if any labs and/or imaging we order would be covered.

Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and Health Savings Account (HSA):

If you have an HSA or FSA, we encourage you to check with your insurance provider to see if these funds can be used for your care. We are committed to making the process as smooth and accessible as possible, so you can focus on receiving the care that’s right for you.

Additional costs:

Any medications, supplements, and/or lab fees will vary, depending on your needs.

We offer affordable cash-pay lab options through either Quest or Labcorp. You are always welcome to check with your insurance to see if they will cover your labs. Often, it is more cost-effective to pay cash. We’ll leave this decision up to you! We just want you to know there are options.
